Lighthouse Global is a community of Filipinos growing together. When you reach out to us, you trust us with a few personal details. This page explains what we collect, why we collect it, and the choices you have. We keep it short on purpose.

What we collect

We only collect what you choose to give us through our contact and inquiry forms. That usually means:

  • Your name, so we know how to greet you.
  • Your mobile number, so a community member can call or text you.
  • Your email address, in case we need to reach you there.
  • Your city or town, so we can connect you with people near you.
  • Your Facebook profile link, if you share it, so we can follow up on Messenger.

We do not collect sensitive information, and we do not ask for passwords, government IDs, or payment details through this website.

How we use your information

We use your details for one simple purpose: to contact you about the community and to answer your questions. That may include a warm message to say hello, an invitation to a local gathering, or a reply to something you asked. We do not send spam, and we do not add you to noisy mailing lists you never asked for.

How your information may be shared

Your details stay within our community. Depending on your request, they may be seen by:

  • Our community leaders and mentors, so the right person can follow up with you personally.
  • our partner company, the registered company our community operates under, where it is relevant to your inquiry.

We never sell your information to third parties, and we never trade it for advertising. That is a line we do not cross.

The tools we use

We are a community, not a big corporation, so our tools are simple.

A spreadsheet

We keep your details in a private spreadsheet so we can remember who to follow up with and when.

Facebook Messenger

If you share your Facebook profile, we may reach out on Messenger, since that is where a lot of our community chats.

How long we keep your information

We keep your details only for as long as we are in touch or for as long as you would like to stay part of the community. If you ask us to remove your information, we will, and we will not hold on to it without a reason.

Your choices

Your information belongs to you. At any time, you can ask us to:

  • See what information we have about you.
  • Correct or update anything that is wrong or out of date.
  • Delete your details from our records entirely.
  • Stop contacting you, for good.

Just send us a message and we will take care of it. No forms, no runaround.

How to reach us

If you have any question about your privacy, or you want to update or delete your information, message us on Facebook or through our contact page. A real person from the community will get back to you.

This policy is a working draft and will be finalized with legal counsel before launch. It may be updated as our community grows and as we confirm final details with our partner company. When we make meaningful changes, we will update the date at the top of this page. Last updated: June 2026.

Questions before you reach out?

We are happy to explain anything about how we handle your details. You are always in control of your own information.
